Event Strategy & Planning
Our professionals meet with you before the event to discuss why you are hosting the event, what your goals are and to get your vision of the overall event to include your target audience, messaging, metrics for success, logistics, etc. to ensure the event runs smoothly and hits its intended targets.
Project Management & On-Site Event Coordination
Our expert team coordinates every detail of your event, from early planning through execution. We manage timelines, vendor logistics, on-site day of event coordination and handle any last-minute changes so you can stay focused on your guests. If virtual, we can be in attendance to manage attendee admission, chats, mute/unmute and eject disruptive attendees if needed.
Venue Sourcing, Management & Setup
If in person, we will help you find the perfect venue in Georgia (Athens, Atlanta, Metro Atlanta, Augusta, Columbus, LaGrange, Macon, Savannah & Valdosta) or Alabama (Auburn, Birmingham, Opelika & Phenix City). From site tours to final setup, we handle the details and make sure the space fits your event’s goals.
Vendor Recruitment and Management
We will recruit, screen and identify vendors based on your needs and maintain communication with them up until the end of the event. During the event, we will coordinate vendors based on your preference regarding their setup location.
Speaker or Panelist Identification and ManagementSponsorship Support
We will identify speakers and/or panelists, based on your needs and budget, contact them and maintain al communication regarding their roles, compensation and travel needs.
Sponsorship Support
